I was impressed by the service. My machine has back from repair 2 months later the marketing guy Jeriel call to follow up on the machine performance. It really surprised me coz there isnāt any brand will have this service! The performance of the machine is good and the after sales service is also very good. I would strongly recommend Trident to anyone who is looking for a good air purifier and their services. Kee it up!

I have been using trident air purifier for almost a year now. I have bliss and mini 2. I chose trident over others because the filters are washable instead of replacement them every 6 months.I hardly sleep in aircon room but with trident, it somehow makes the air more gentle and I can sleep in aircon room better.Trident is very sensitive and responsive to atmospheric air. It just saved me from a small kitchen fire last night 🫢Jeriel has been very helpful in all my queries. I even recommended trident to my sister. I would say they are a good investment in the house.

Our Trident Plus is a 24/7 workhorse that sits in the living room of our HDB 4 room flat. It is very sensitive when set to auto mode and it can detect smell such as gas and aerosol sprays from the kitchen and bedrooms, which will trigger it to work up on the fan speed to clean up the air within our home. It also filters and clear smell and fumes of cigerette smoke and burning joss paper coming from the neighbours.My allergic rhintis is better-managed at home, since we got the Trident Plus in August 2023. My symtoms of runny nose, itchy eyes, congestion, sneezing and sinus pressure were significantly reduced.We are also thankful to Plasma Science for their prompt attention and service to troubleshoot and resolve a glitch in Dec 2024, where they picked up and returned our Trident Plus after a thorough clean-up within a few days, that resolved the issue.We recommend Trident Air Purifiers because they are really effective in cleaning the air and is supported by a prompt and reliable after-sales service.
Bought two Air Dome 70 as we have pets and my children are prone to sinus allergies. Totally changed the air quality and purity in their rooms. This morning my son started his hacking sneeze again and I asked him what happened. He said āI did not turn on the (Airdome) purifier last night.āWhat a good product!
my man Matiin really convinced me that all I needed (after my air-con) was the Trident air purifiers. no need for dehumidifiers or other purifiers.was skeptical but did a little more research and thought the dude was right. bought the AirDome 30, 60 and 70 (and got an AirDome 10 free) and my experience with all the products have been excellent! I cannot live without them now. no glazing, no bullshit. try them for yourself if you don't believe it
Love that it is very sensitive to detect and turn red even the slightest smell like perfume or cough. Very assured that it is working well with fresh air. Best benefit is that it is washable unlike my previous one that needs to buy the filter every few months. What is worst is that you are actually breathing dirty air if you dont change in time

I purchased an air purifier from Trident Air. It is exceptionally good at purifying my air and allows me to breathe freely without any sinus issues ever since I had purchased it. Exceptional product with a very high build quality and excellent customer service that responds very quickly and efficiently to al my questions.Hence, I recommend this excellent product.
I had spent quite sometime looking for a suitable air purifier for my mom and the kitties. After visiting electronic shops and checking out online and also sending an endless list of queries to Jeriel ( from Trident Air ), I decided on Trident Air - Bliss & Mini after confirming the functionality and coverage area : Mini for the living room and Bliss for the bedroom. After using Bliss, we find that the air is much fresher, the room much cooler and the smell from the litter box under control. The senior kitty in the room used to have teary eyes but after using Trident for a while, she does not have teary eyes anymore and rarely get to hear any sneezing from her. It is important to get the right product to keep the environment clean for her. Bliss is also small, compact and powerful and its sleek size makes it fitting for most HDB bedrooms. The same applies for Mini and the living room is an important area as it is a gathering place for the family. For maintenance, I find it easy to wash, clean and dry the Air Purifier. It does not take up much time but I do cater for longer drying time to ensure that it is dried properly before powering up. After using 2 APs from a well-known brand and cannot find its filter, it is a blessing that I can now wash the filter without worry if the filters will still be available in the next 3 - 5 years. For Support, Jeriel is doing a great job - answering to queries early in the morning to supporting clients over the weekends with helpful information.
Iāve been looking for an air purifier for my home because I have a toddler and 2 dogs and I have a sinus too, so I always sneeze non-stop when itās dusty. So glad I found Trident Air Purifier.I love this Trident Mini, itās small, cute and compact. Very easy to use and move it around the house. It also has a smart Wifi App feature so we can set the purifier to purify the house even before we get home. Super cool! Highly recommended if you are looking for an air purifier 👍🏻
