Trident Return Policy (Singapore)

At Trident, we prioritise your satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward 14-day return policy in accordance with Singaporean consumer law.

Conditions for Return:

1.⁠ ⁠Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
2.⁠ ⁠Products must be in good and working condition, including all accessories, manuals, packaging and documentation.
3.⁠ ⁠A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.
4.⁠ ⁠Returns will only be accepted for products purchased directly from Trident’s official store or authorised channels.
5.⁠ ⁠A charge of $80 for service and transportation fees are to be borne by the customer.

How to Initiate a Return:

1.⁠ ⁠Contact our Customer Service Team at support@tridentair.com to request a return.
2.⁠ ⁠You will receive instructions on how to return your product.
3.⁠ ⁠Once the product is received and inspected, a full refund (minus the $80 service fees) will be processed within 10-14 business days to your original payment method.

Exemptions:

•⁠ ⁠Customised or special-order items are non-returnable unless defective.
•⁠ ⁠Products damaged due to improper use or mishandling are not eligible for returns.
