Shipping and Delivery

Trident Air Products will be shipped and delivered within 3 working days from the purchase date, unless otherwise stated. You will be notified via email when your order leaves our warehouse.

Kindly leave a note upon checking out, about your delivery request. You may also contact us on sales@tridentair.com with your order number and delivery timing request.

Currently Trident Air only delivers within Singapore.

Repairs and Product Warranty

All Trident Air products and purchases include a 1-year Manufacturer Warranty (2 years FREE for a limited time only), which begins on the date of delivery. We also offer extended warranty, which is an additional warranty extension after the 2 years manufacturer warranty expires. You can find the pricing and option directly on the product’s web page.

Both warranty options cover hardware/software repairs and replacements for items that are deemed as faulty due to a manufacturing error. The warranty does not cover wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or accidental damage. The eligibility for a manufacturer warranty claim is at the sole discretion of the manufacturer and Trident Air representative.

All Trident Air products come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty (now 2 years FREE for a limited time only), but additional extended warranty is a service that can be purchased as an add-on to extend your warranty period.

You can add the extended warranty to your order by adding in the warranty option when you are on the online product web page. Alternatively, you can reach out to our team at sales@tridentair.com to purchase additional extended warranty for an existing order or product.

The purchase of a singular additional extended warranty only applies to one unit of one product in the order. If there are additional units or products in the order, multiple units of the additional extended warranty must be purchased to provide warranty coverage for multiple units or products.

Your warranty is valid as soon as you make your Trident Air purchase online or in store. There is no need to register your warranty as it will automatically be tied to your order number and email address.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Trident Air product. If you are unsatisfied with your Trident Air product for any reason, we are happy to look into your case. Please submit your request (instructions below) within 14 days of the delivery date (as indicated by the tracking number).

Once confirmed and processed by our team, a refund will show up on your bank statement within 14 business days.

We are unable to guarantee the cancellation of your order if it has already left our warehouse.
